When I lived in the dorms at CSU, the heater was either always too hot, too cold, or just right. They were boiler-fed heaters, you understand, and so if you were closer to the power plant, you would have your windows open in winter, and if you were far away from the power plant, it was shutters. 8:22 PM 9/25/26 - Got back from a family walk about 15 minutes ago. All five windows on the family car were rolled all the way down again. They were not rolled down before we went on our walk.
