In Scottsbluff, NE, there is a white coupe which drives around with painted depictions of a myriad of hands smeared blood-red acrost the bottom half of the vehicle. As I understand, the owner of the car also has a hearse, which leads me to believe they are the owner of a funeral home or, that they are obsessed with the LEWD expression of the occult.
So, why is this ‘obscenity, lewdness, and/or filth’ tolerated by this community, law enforcement, the judiciary? Why is this particular behavior so abhorrent otherwise to a community where you can throw a stick and hit a church; not one that is culturally inclined to such obtuse derivation from the cultural normative?
