Why are PUBLIC Nebraska Railroads being Robbed from The People?

Why are The People Being Robbed?

I found something the other day when I was poking around. I was at the library and found a cool and huge book, and a portion of another. So, I did what anyone would do, I recorded the book for my Youtube channel.

Did you know, per the original constitution which is still valid as I understand, the public nature of the railroads are expressly enumerated in the Nebraska Constitution? Let me show you what I mean…

My only questions are 1) WTF are they doing? 2) Why can’t I catch a private fare on a train for a reasonable price, if they are public property?

"Never mind the verbiage of the Youtube description. The wolf agenda was always about the Story of Jonathan May as told by Bill Cooper. The wolf agenda removes private property from the equation, if it is pressed to the full.

The as yet (and never possibly could deplete) unharvested resources of the sovereign land of America are vast. Some would say without measure. Enough wealth for all of our people’s grandkid’s grandkid’s grandkids etc. to live wonderful lives if sustainable, and the only sustainable means being private property. Private property owners really are the best stewards of the land, while The Corporation is not.

Timber, minerals, water, oil, etc. it is infinite. Which means the fiat dollar value of those unharvested securitized (on face) assets expressed in fiat (or fake) money is perhaps not expressed with only a T, but a Q (Quadrillion). Fake money is worthless, after all, and our country is priceless, both figuratively, and on paper.

Our lovely national and state parks, LLM wonders if you realize who really owns them, what controversies, surreptitious, surround those contentions, and what that means as far as those who might try to convert a right to a privilege and charge a fee at the park entrances?

The Hunt Brothers attempted to corner the silver market. IMHO, they were lawfully doing so with paths crossing also the eccentric gentleman Mr. May. They weren’t just making a silver dime on silver, they were trying to do something, LLM wonders if you know?

They were attempting to convert the unharvested resources being The Wealth of Nations of our country into securitized assets. And in so doing, they were going to bust up the central bank.
People often villainize without looking somebody who is in prison. But as we have learned from Tina Peters and others, there are some who are placed there by this machine, and not by their own criminality. Meaning, they are not in fact criminals at all. They are victims.
Give this a listen, and tell us what you think."

From ChatGPT:
If we confine ourselves to the text of the 1875 Nebraska Constitution and nothing else, the railroads were treated as extraordinarily public institutions—far more public than an ordinary private corporation.

The strongest language is Article XI, §4:

“Railways … are hereby declared public highways.”

That is not merely regulation. The Constitution itself classifies railways as public highways. On its face, that places them in the category of public ways rather than purely private facilities.

The same section continues:

“…shall be free to all persons for the transportation of their persons and property thereon, under such regulations as may be prescribed by law.”

Again, reading only the text, the railway is not described as a private road reserved to its owners. It is described as a highway available for public transportation, subject to lawful regulation.

Other sections reinforce that public character:

  • Railroad books and records must be open for public inspection. (§1)
  • Railroad property is expressly subject to execution and sale. (§2)
  • The Legislature may set maximum passenger and freight rates. (§4)
  • Railroads’ liability as common carriers may never be limited. (§4)
  • The Legislature may take railroad property and franchises and subject them to public necessity through eminent domain. (§6)
  • The Legislature is commanded to prevent railroad discrimination and extortion and may enforce compliance even to forfeiture of property and franchises. (§7)

Taken together, the constitutional scheme treats railroads less like ordinary private businesses and more like delegated public instrumentalities operating a public highway under franchise. The companies may own stock, issue bonds, earn profits, and possess corporate property, but the railway itself is constitutionally characterized as a public highway subject to extensive public control.

So, based on the text alone, the answer is:

As public as a constitutionally declared highway can be while still being operated by a corporation. The Constitution does not nationalize the railroads, but it does expressly declare the railways themselves to be “public highways” and subjects them to unusually strong public oversight and legislative control.

The popular culture version of this book is heavily redacted or stripped down, is it not? Why might that be? I read this book while I was riding the semi-public rail of Europe, and it turned my stomach back in ~2011. At least I had a nice view at the time to appease my young & gentle heart. Semi-public? Yes. Do you see anyone building and operating their own train? And why not? What is public? What is highway? What is public highway? The wretched thing about this potentiality that my heart yearns for? AI and the trains is SIMPLE. They’re on a RAIL. You could have a beacon for each private train, set it and forget, go play cards, fall asleep in your single car, maybe it was a rental or maybe shared private ownership. Catch the American baseball game, wake up rested at a different destination every single day fully ready to work and/or play. Socialism beside the greater alternative sucks, you just might not see it a fish in water, a dog and a bone.

Suppose they might allow private cars, some places, for a small fortune. Not really any reason they are a small fortune, that’s wrong to me. In fact, that’s highway robbery. You ought to be able to hook up a private car for the cost of a coach plane ticket, you ought to be able to ride the rail coach for a few pence, if we are being honest. It is public, after all, and being public, heavily supplemented, there shouldn’t be any chance of a private Monopoly gobbling up fair fares.

I do like trains, don’t get me wrong. They’re very romantic, unmolested, are they not? Speaking of private sleeper cars, to save money while riding from Czech to I think it was Vienna, I splurged and got a sleeper bunk, shared with a few people. It was very nice, I liked meeting the other people and sipping on the quality beverages. A nice German elderly couple, hope they are well, shared experiences and memories I am sure. And at night? Another my bunk mate had the worst case of dander I’ve ever seen, poor fellow. Strange dreams that night, quite. It was still a great way to save money booking both the sleeper and the travel in one night, and my goodness the views in the morning and evening.

Statistically the safer way to travel, trains. You don’t have to worry about jet lag, sudden loss of cabin pressure, catastrophic fear of flying, rightly, honking horns nor statistical gambles else. With a perfected LOCAL-ONLY AI and standardized, redundant beacons, yes, sign me up.

Another time in Italy, we didn’t know the rules and we didn’t mark our four-pass before boarding. We were kicked off the train, no refund. Made my innocent travel companion cry, and inside, myself, the same. Italian trains were awful. You could use their facilities and it would just drop to the tracks, which was a bit of a problem at stations. Practical, Roman-esque, but certainly not modern. No big deal these facilities, but, if given also the rude and non-understanding conductor, Italian rails are not doing it right beside the other. Socialism, and imperialism, sucks. Beautiful countries, all, though. Can’t we all just get alone without that pesky Reading Railroad?
