I Have Constitutionally Protected Right to Manufacture

TO ATTEND: We continue our discussion of the nexus void, the plaque on the tooth, the plaque layers as it relates to the right to manufacture sans regulation, the right to work, the right to copyright without patent office, the right to build stuff without regulation: I Have Constitutionally Protected Right to Manufacture Which Had Been Trampled On. UL listing, DOT, FAA, the Patent Office, the International Code Council (ICC), the BAR, the list goes on and on. What do these standard bearers…

Why are PUBLIC Nebraska Railroads being Robbed from The People?

[image] [Two Nebraska Constitutional Convention Works] Why are The People Being Robbed? I found something the other day when I was poking around. I was at the library and found a cool and huge book, and a portion of another. So, I did what anyone would do, I recorded the book for my Youtube channel. Did you know, per the original constitution which is still valid as I understand, the public nature of the railroads are expressly enumerated in the Nebraska Constitution? Let me…

Council Fires (Governance) and Inland Seaports

[image] The opinions of ChatGPT are not the opinions of Josef K Media, per se. Tell me more about the history of converting The Lakota - The Dakota - The Nakota nations into statehood? ChatGPT said: Below is a clear, historically grounded explanation of how the Lakota, Dakota, and Nakota Nations (collectively, the Oceti Šakowiŋ — the Seven Fires Council of the Great Sioux Nation) were pressured, fragmented, and coerced into the framework of U.S. statehood — even though they themselves never b…

The Lakota - The Dakota - The Nakota

The opinions of the article are not the opinions of Josef K Media. [image] Driving through reservations in South Dakota in 2023, I became enraged. These people, my brothers and sisters, were being mislead on billboards much longer and more aggressively than anywhere and anytime I had seen to take the vaccine. Why were they the more targeted? This question remains unanswered, but I have my ideas. Thinking caps on, if you please? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A Case for Inland Seaplane Ports

Most people familiarize themselves with the cardinal directions being N, S, E, W. But did you know the NW, NE, SW, SE directions are just as important, and more important for usage by seaplanes traveling inland? The Rocky Mountains are treacherous. And they happen to stop low altitude planes from traversing. But there is a low altitude passageway, would you believe it? If a cargo plane doesn’t need to achieve high altitude, can it carry more weight? What are the advantages of seaplanes t…

I Wish I Knew What the Rules Were

I wish I knew what the rules were. At least then maybe I could know and follow them… I wish I knew what the laws were. At least maybe then I could know who was breaking them. I wish I were a bird as free as the song. I know I am a man and about as free as the throng. Freedom in and freedom out, do you know what I implore about? Justice is for the judiciary, while birds are for song, and man is for so long Waiting Waiting to know What the rules are, and who is breaking them. -unknown …

Law of Boris - What is Duty?

Opinion: Understanding the US Constitution completely, rights are unalienable. Not inalienable, but unalienable. Our obligations rest in the duty to honor constitutionally-sound law while it is the duty of all Americans to defend the country against all forms of tyranny, aka alienation of unalienable (and inalienable) rights. https://zchg.org/hott/HOTT/68%20-%20Creator%20Endowed%20Rights.mp3 TRANSCRIPT of same: https://zchg.org/hott/transcripts/68%2520-%2520Creator%2520Endowed%2…

The Colorado Canal - A Love Story

[The Colorado Canal - A Love Story] What is the wealth of a nation? Its people, surely, but for each individual to refine requires oil, coal, minerals, water, food, timber, access, a significant means to transport, secure passage therein. And as we like to say around here, “organized energy is money.” The equation of inputs and outputs is vast… infinite. A complex cacophony; a smorgasbord of public-private relationship utterly mammoth in scale and timeline. We do have a bluepri…

An Oasis in the Desert and the CURE for Global Warming (Part 1) - WeCharg

“The scientists of today think deeply instead of clearly. One must be sane to think clearly, but one can think deeply and be quite insane.” -Nikola Tesla In school, you might have learned of the importance of conservation. Brush your teeth, turn the water off. Instead of a bath, consider a shower. And for goodness sakes, NEVER water your lawn on the hottest days in July! I can’t speak for other cultures, but if you’re an American, you might even get an uneasy feeling whenever you see a s…

The Colorado Canal - The CURE For Global Warming - Part 3

Part 1: Part 2: Part 3: [image] Did you know? The myth that snowpack dictates the total amount of water which we have is false. The aquifers are only just being explored, as it turned out. Natural springs are common, and in the mountains there too. When I was a raft guide, it did not occur to me at first that our flows were being entirely controlled by the locks. Not by nature, but the locks. I thought - it’s a flash rainstorm, and that is why the water is higher or, today the snowp…

Treaties Cannot Trump the supreme Law of the Land (Much less God-given Rights)

It’s common knowledge by now that Wikipedia and Google are not ideal 1st sources per se, is it not? Notwithstanding, we can use this list for fodder. Pre-Revolutionary War treaties Before the United States Declaration of Independence in 1776, the sovereign of the United Kingdom and the leaders of various North American colonies negotiated treaties that affected the territory of what would later become the United States. 1621 – Wampanoag Treaty 1638 – Treaty of Hartford 1646 – Treaty of 164…

Your Estimated Wait Time is Four Ever

Today we bought 3 x 1 Gallon milk, 1 x 18 count eggs at Target. Although the items were already paid for, they told me the wait time would be up to an hour and a half. There were no lines, they simply did not want to fulfill the paid-for order. When I called corporate, they again confirmed the items were paid for but told me I was not permitted to leave on speaker before numerous witnesses. So I left. I asked him over and over again if the items were paid for, he replied yes, over and over.…

Distillers are for Everyone

Water quality in the US has degraded over time. It is only recently that the courts have even begun to recognize that it is not acceptable to dump industrial waste called Fluoride into the drinking water supply. Crops leach into the soil and permanently impregnate rural drinking supplies. The Flint, Michigan narrative was no isolated incident, it was simply the one which had been reported. The Erin Brockovich narrative also comes to mind. Did you know? If you don’t replace your water f…

What’s even more dense than solid? pV = nRT

StealthMachines Wants to Make Cars Safe Again

When I was in business school at Colorado State, each of us were assigned to come up with a product idea and then pitch it. The assignment was explicitly to revolve around the pitch, while it was communicated that the actual design or idea didn’t really matter. I came up with the bungy belt. The bungy belt and seat was a normal seatbelt but with a modification - instead of being a rigid restraint, the seatbelt had a little bit of bungy in it. You know, to increase the amount of time the user…
