Resulting from being CAPTURED and UNICAMERAL, the Nebraska Constitution is an abomination of flooding, by some measure it is 174 pages long. That’s my story (OPINION) and I’m sticking to it…

You know, in terms of access (read: simplicity) I wouldn’t mind reading a 174 page Harry Pothead novel, if I ever read fiction (I don’t like fiction much, and I really don’t like that Harry Pothead trash those children’s parents allow them to read). But a technical document? ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR AND 00/100 PAGES? That is the equivalent of no access at all to the law, isn’t it?
