Building Code is Wrong

There was a time when nobody would bother you about building something like this. Being inalienable, rights do not go in and out of style. So, at what point was it no longer acceptable under the Law to build something such as this? It wasn’t. The Law in the context of rights is uncastratable. Cannot be abridged. So the ones enforcing this change of the inalienable are in fact the ones doing wrong. But nowadays they appeal to tradition, appeal to ignorance, appeal to authority, appeal to the big stick, appeal to the bandwagon - ALL FALLACIES - to perceive that which cannot be perceived - that inalienable rights are in some way anything less than inalienable.

I have the RIGHT to build stuff.

They make us build things to the international spec, in violation of the US Const. And resulting directly from anti-trust violation in collaboration with small government and in collaboration with big business.

They’re wrong.

Exhibit A: Mold.

Who’s bright idea was it to use fiberglass as insulation. Think about this. Fiber. GLASS. Glass in your lungs. Glass? GLASS! That’s lunacy. Building code is wrong.

… by design? Why does building code force the private man into a choice between a rock and a glassy place?
