Your Estimated Wait Time is Four Ever

Josef K Media withholds judgement at this time regarding the “45-47” years creative jab, but the message of the remainder of the short film is clear and present. We are vigilant.

Today we bought 3 x 1 Gallon milk, 1 x 18 count eggs at Target. Although the items were already paid for, they told me the wait time would be up to an hour and a half. There were no lines, they simply did not want to fulfill the paid-for order. When I called corporate, they again confirmed the items were paid for but told me I was not permitted to leave on speaker before numerous witnesses. So I left. I asked him over and over again if the items were paid for, he replied yes, over and over. I went over the items over and over again, 3 x 1 Gallon milk, 1 x 18 count eggs.

In the United States, the Law is very clear - once you have paid for the property, the property is yours. Per Law, they are not permitted to prevent you from leaving with your property. This is also in keeping with Natural Law, some call it God’s Law.

You may have thought it normal, the slow frog boiling in water, to wait for an unusual amount of time, but it is not normal.

One time, as I recall, the gentlemen on the phone with corporate who did not have a domestic accent told me Target law did not permit me to leave. Target law? What the heck is Target law?

You may think it’s alright to prevent a person from leaving with property which is paid for, but that’s against the Law.

Do you see the writing on the wall?

You might be accustomed to the same thing leaving a store. They check your receipt. This is fine if you consent, but if you do not? It’s very similar, IMHO, to being taken hostage. You cannot leave… until you show them your papers. Think about it.

ILLEGALLY DETAINED AT COSTCO FOR RECEIPT OR “PAPERS, PLEASE.”

Companies like COSTCO, heavily government subsidized as I understand, will hide behind the conduct of a ‘bona-fide’ private club. Only they’re not bona-fide, they just pretend they’re a club with fancy advertising verbiage. Being a place of ‘public accommodation’, they don’t hold any further sway over you than anywhere else. They can’t do that, but they do it anyways. In a word: WRONG.

Take this to its completion - you can’t buy food because all of the Big Food grocers have converted to pseudo-private. They can’t do that because they are heavily subsidized and they are places of ‘public accommodation,’ but they do it anyways aided and abetted by ignorant law enforcement ‘because they wants to’.

Ignorant, not to offend, ignorant the correct usage of the vernacular. Law enforcement who know the law are of course not ignorant.

So take it to its completion - you can’t buy groceries unless you agree to enter a “bona-fide club”. There is no other place to buy food because the Monopoly laws were not honored. You have to agree to being held hostage just to buy food.

You think this is far-fetched? Try leaving Costco Lawfully. Camera on. What do you think would happen during this thought exercise?

Will they call the cops? Will they pull your membership? Will you be placed in fear of invoking your Natural Law right to leave with YOUR property without being held hostage? Think it over.

Around the time of the pLandemic (and you really should begin calling it what it is if you are at all interested in being on the good, as distinct from evil side of history at this precise point in time whereby we all should clearly know what more-or-less went down), I got in a bit of a dispute with my colleagues over at the Ritchie Aquatic Center.

You see, they had this new app with Contact Tracing that everyone needed to install just to be able to participate in the sport, that of water polo. The sport, being one of public accommodation, cannot compel you to give up your private medical information in any way, shape, nor form. But that’s what was going down.

I don’t think the rest of my team thought it a big deal. But I did.

Contact tracing is a powerfully wrong means of peering into your private life. It’s not unlike Big Brother’s somewhat recent ploy to record all of your driving history using your phone in kind for pennies less on the bill. Why would anyone just consent to that?

Well, they shouldn’t. And I didn’t. And I wouldn’t.

I haven’t been able to get back in the pool since then. First of all in more-or-less rural Nebraska there isn’t one. And second of all, this hasn’t blown over yet. There’s still shenanigans afoot, methinks. For some it is a matter of pride and refusing to acknowledge that what happened, happened. For others, this agenda was known about. The insidious nature of the beast is you became a weapon by proxy if you don’t re-think your opinions on the matter. For some this holds in the today.

Shortly after my dispute, the team and probably also USA Water Polo (their organization) restructured some things. They made it mandatory to be a member of USA Water Polo just to drop in when before it was optional. And the pool’s seasonal fees are now so horrendous that I can matter-of-fact state that there is a barrier to entry if you are not wealthy. This rendered drop-ins impossible or nearly impossible.

This intentionally or accidentally gives the illusion that a sport of public accommodation can in some way rescind this moral and lawful duty to the public. They can’t. And they shouldn’t. But they did at the time. I sincerely hope this change was coincident to and not because of the Contact Tracing roll-out attempt to take away our rights across the board in every nook and cranny you could imagine. And it is not some attempt to close down ‘public accommodation’ and to learn from the chinks in the armor of such a hypothetical scheme as I had pointed out, I trust.

Well, we can know for sure some used the lessons learned to harden and temper the armor of tyranny. For the majority I know they were and are just confused.. For what armor could withstand truth forever without being, itself, truth? Not any.

I don’t know if they’d let me back in to drop-in if I tried, I’m not sure. Wouldn’t be their revised policy, as I understand. It’s a fur piece from where I live now and I’m a bit out of shape. I’d be afraid to just show up to the world’s most grueling sport without proper training. The pLandemic did untold harm to myself and everyone I know. I used to drive two hours several times a week to maintain peak physical condition for years at said pool, now I’m lucky if I get a walk in with busy family life. From agoraphobia to anything you could believe, everyone was in their own way damaged by this great evil.

Shortly after my tiff with Denver Master Water Polo, long time CEO of USA Water Polo Christopher Ramsey retired. I think he was compelled. This roll-out, as we will find out, was very, very very very very involved. It involved even the likes of USA Water Polo. That is my opinion, and I’m sticking to it.

Mr. Ramsey might not remember, but I probably shook hands with him at a wedding. I’m almost certain I knew his daughter, friend of a friend who became my friend, at the time and we were both guests at a wedding. Small world.

You did the right thing, Mr. Ramsey, if that’s how I postulate it went down, and I applaud you for it.

This all leaves the magnifying glass over USA Water Polo firmly in place, does it not? USA Water Polo, you are still a place of ‘public accommodation,’ of this we can trust, yes?

Before all of this I had assembled and borrowed this proof which still holds water today, though most of the articles are now relegated to the WayBackMachine or just plain deleted (can you guess why?). I’m not sure about you, but this one had my mind made up way back then. At the time I sent this to a high ranking (retired) Coasty friend of mine. At the time, it was sort of left field of me to bring to his attention his newfound job at FEMA might place him in compromising position. At the time.

But that was then, and this… is now. Choose wisely your position as with the side of history. God bless.

A letter to a Coasty friend Apr 10, 2020. Shortly after, my friend resigned from a new position at FEMA. I think it was a morally strong move.

Per duty, I will tell you what I think. All of my love and admiration, notwithstanding. Thank you for keeping us safe according to your own best judgements, and with acknowledgement that this is (to all appearances) above my pay-grade :

Kindly do some continued research (as I know you have been) regarding this most sensitive subject as it relates and will relate to personal liberties - those liberties we hold so dear which no country, anywhere in the world, can best. I know you also love this country, but I’m sure where we would find an impasse is whether this pandemic is being weaponized for purposes of dismantling personal liberties. Something I can’t seem to look past is the following collection of articles published early in the pandemic which are, strictly speaking, inverse to the sound statistics concept of the Poisson Distribution -nicknamed the Law of Small Numbers (my capstone in college was statistics, so I always look at math FIRST in my approach to dismantling appeal to authority fallacies in the news) - Poisson distribution - Wikipedia. I’ll leave it to you to draw your own conclusions why this number is one of significance. HINT: The occult LOVE this number. “Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” — Benjamin Franklin “It is the duty of the patriot to protect its country from its government.”
—Thomas Paine “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.”
—Thomas Jefferson (Forgiveness please) You are loved and admired by many, and we need you on the correct side of this, whatever that is. Mine is only opinion, granted (who’s isn’t?). May we all come together stronger than ever before resulting from the pandemic, whatever the statistical outcome.

Remember, if and when the next wave comes, they will have collected much data on how to deal with or iron out the frills. Will YOU be there to stop them, to serve as the unpredictable element; will you choose next time in a year or fifty the correct side of history?
