This guy reminds me of a wrestling coach / teacher called Chopper. Chopper is a family friend who once lowered me down into a window well by my ankles to fetch a ball that had fallen in. I like Chopper. So, I may have bias but I like the way this guy talks.
Why can’t I seem to plead in the form of a demurrer anymore? Isn’t that repugnant in nature? Is our judiciary’s stare decisis being steered further away from the “supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”?
