According to the “experts,” as I understand, hearts do not recover that well from chronic, or even acute, damage. Lets see about that. I do know that exercise is really good for you, all else equal, and I find it gives me relief, both emotionally and physically even as now. As has been said, “listen to your body.”
Spirituality -
They say that the heart is your emotional center. So, I think it’s important to put this one near the top. If you’re not skipping the chain of command all the way to the top, why do you expect results? Is it because you have the faith of less than the mustard seed?

Doctors who place you on heart medication will tell you to avoid grapefruits. What’s that about? Grapefruits are supposed to dramatically help to clear clogged arteries if faithfully eaten day in and day out. I like the bitters, but I don’t love them, so this has been hard for me.
When Lindsey Grover alias Kerra Icansketchu was interacting with our family back in Teller County, I informed her that my heart was bothering me. I was reading her eyes and I didn’t like what I saw. Soon after this, we stopped all communication with them. At the time I took the pine needle tea and the grapefruits. We had our power cut. And my heart problems slowly went away. Now this is informed opinion or what she would call conjecture but, I think they were trying to stop my heart back then too. I think there was a period where this demonic activity ceased, and I think there was a period where this network of activity continued and followed us through our Nebraska exodus. Are three letter organizations known for practicing this activity on foreign adversaries? And is it Lawful to perform this activity upon domestic citizens or ‘The People?’ What is domestic terrorism?
God bless ONLY the good fruit. Without you, I’d just be another helpless victim. Prayers for a bright future!!
Therapeutic
Knots in the back are representative of more than just your back. Similar to the feet, massaging your back in the correct spot can correct ailments elsewhere in the body. In my case, it’s left center chest in the back, and I find this helps me tremendously, at least in terms of reducing some annoying tension.
Homeopathic -
Exercise
I saw an old man at the place I was at going for a walk in a big circular loop. I’ve found it myself, when you get up and go, you help move things along. I think it might have something to do with silt - you know, when silt sits at the bottom of a bucket of water. Maybe it’s also to do with helping to open up the blood vessels and strengthening the lining of the heart muscle. I don’t know much about it yet, it’s why I’m writing about it to see what I can learn…
The Squeeze
I’m a HUGE proponent of listening to the body. There are some instincts or pangings of the body which direct my instinctive urge to heal myself. This is purely theoretical, but I find when I push my chest in as with the straining of pronounced BM (so sorry for imagery) except in the region of the chest, or let my chest compress, it provides me with relief after. What’s that about? I’m not sure, but I take good notes. Off hand, it feels like I’m squeezing something out of there, akin to play-dough.
On the same lines, the panging of my chest makes send the signal that needling or acupuncture might help me.
Acupuncture or Needling
I was getting acupuncture this one time on account of a Groupon Coupon I had turned in for a really great deal. I used to have another ailment which caused for me to seek out quite a bit of chiro and acupuncture with a bit of massage. Anyways the dude has me completely needled up head to toe, then he starts talking about the notches which serve as placeholders for the pressure points. At the time it had me a tad worried, seeing as how I was in a bit of a vulnerability spot …
He shows me that the body is full of notches, he tells me that we are fully serviceable beings, he informs me that this is no accident and that we must have been designed in some way.
Food for thought, now that I’m home safe from that adventure, I often go back to that discussion. He was right, humans are serviceable! From being amenable to surgery in the worst case, to little notches all over the body to define where the needles or pressure points need to go, there’s something to that! There just is!!
Now this wasn’t my normal guy who is in chiro. My normal guy was a bit more expensive and quite good. He wasn’t trying to rip anyone off or anything, it’s just the price I paid for the best care I could find. I think placing a priority on being well is worth the premium, as “your health is your wealth.” And as long as you are ABLE to keep moving, you can get things done that would be impossible if you allowed yourself to just go stagnant.
Any case this gentleman was my chiropractor. He had a little office about the size of Harry Potter’s closet across the street from campus at the time. He had married a Chinese acupuncturist, and together they were a volume of information about Eastern Medicine.
It was here I learned much about the cultivation of the art and science of acupuncture. Apparantly, this science was developed by Chinese medicine back in the day when warriors needed a quick fix for ghastly wounds received in battle. The evolution of this was a science which western medicine largely ignores, favoring pharmakia, something the Bible warns extensively about avoiding.
Any case, I highly support acupuncture. I mentioned your health is your wealth, so I’m hoping funds open up soon so I can dabble in this treatment. I’m willing to persist in getting help as the number one cause of treatment failure of dismissing it after 3-4 treatments as being a crackpot science. That is the appeal to the stone fallacy, but you get the idea. It works, but you have to let it work. Conversely, pharmakia works whether you believe it does or not, and then you are playing whack-a-mole with other ailments which arise as a result of the original drug. Drugs are bad, didn’t you learn that in D.A.R.E.? It’s time for a restoration of homeopathic and Eastern Medicine.
