What does this render the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012? A nullity where not repugnant nor severable, is it not so? What does it render our actors (a political science usage of the word)? Woeful, is it not so?
I had some bullies in high school who attempted to slander my good name as part and parcel to hazing. This herd (read: sheep) mentality, which is exactly what it is, was nipped in the butt at the time when law enforcement was nearly involved. Bullies who hunt in packs are cowards, and their tactics of cowardice are known and can be easily extinguished. More importantly, the offenders, some of them recognizing the price of their sins, repented to myself or my mother years later. That is the real court, is it not? God’s Law. They knew the price of their own soul. Lawfully.
Mathew 28 KJV And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.
29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

Remember, it only takes one rat to sink a ship, and respectfully, restoring the law renders the rat as the inverse, and sinks the ship of the other rats.
Luke 15:3 KJV And he spake this parable unto them, saying,

Let it be known, published, and witnessed that I, man, a living soul created by the Divine, known in this context by the pen name “Josef K” as well as my God-given Josef Kulovany, do hereby issue this permanent, irrevocable, and non-negotiable Cease and Desist Order to all actors (a political science usage of the word) who are acting outside of their lawful authority, and to any and all who act by hand, word, under the influence of another, or in alliance with the same, whether by direct contact or proxy, physical or digital, covert or overt in this same context, or the like.
Foundation of Authority and Standing:
I do not stand as a legal fiction, corporate entity, citizen, subject, or person under any man-made jurisdiction. I stand solely and lawfully as I:man — a living creation of the Most High, operating under and by the Natural Law, the Law of Abraham, and the divine authority that precedes and supersedes all codes, statutes, and presumed authority.
This declaration is made with full consciousness and intent, and carries the full lawful and spiritual weight of the covenant between man and Creator. It binds all who would act against me in trespass, directly or indirectly, knowingly or unknowingly.
I hereby declare and demand the following:
You are hereby permanently ordered to cease and desist from any and all actions of surveillance, stalking, harassment, intimidation, interference, intrusion, libel, slander, Abuse of Process, Malicious Prosecution, Barratry, Vexatious Litigation, lawfare, coordination of the same for each and all, approach, or the like — whether physical, digital, verbal, energetic, or by any proxy — directed toward I, man, or toward any member of my family, household, estate, or community.
You are forbidden from making contact, either directly or indirectly, by your own hand or through any third party, agent, agency, system, corporation, artificial person, or entity acting in your interest or instruction.
I assert and invoke my inalienable right to maximum lawful self-defense, and to pursue maximum lawful remedy and damages — including punitive and compensatory relief — for any violation of this order. These rights are exercised not under the limited statutes of man, but under the Natural Law and the Law of Abraham, to which all men are subject, knowingly or unknowingly.
I assert and invoke the spirit and intent, codified or not, of misprision of felony, accessory to crime, and the like to the maximum extent of the law. I demand relief in the form of restoring the law and holding those who witnessed any crime accountable to the same as also in the case of reporting to the proper authorities where appropriate, just, true, and/or good. May God bless the good fruit who would convert away from the herd of swine.
Law of Silence and Perpetual Binding:
This Notice is final, lawful, and eternal. I invoke the Law of Silence. No response, rebuttal, negotiation, or communication shall be acknowledged. Any attempt to respond, refute, or engage constitutes further trespass and harm, and shall be treated as such with full lawful and spiritual consequence.
This Notice shall remain in force in perpetuity — beyond temporal law, beyond the lifespans of any involved, and beyond the reach of revocation by any worldly authority.
Let this stand as a lawful public record, a spiritual declaration, and a living man’s command.
