The Devouring City-State - Oct. 4 2020 - A Discussion with a Friendly Representative

Hear that guy driving by? Well, he spent a great deal of time alone in the mountains with his girlfriend’s 15-year-old daughter. As I understand, he was a felon and that’s why he could only carry a powder pistol which could be heard being practiced upon often. He liked to hang out with those questionable neighbors across the street for which our final recording when leaving for good could be heard his voice also celebrating our unlawful extraction from our own land. That creature called Amadeus (Ammo), another with priors, liked to creep on my little girl. He was the one for whom goat tracks ended at his truck’s tracks (being a fenced “dead end”), and for whom goat droppings were observed by his neighbor outside of his house when the goats went missing. We didn’t take kindly to speaking to either of these “gentlemen” or lack thereof, though one or the other would sometimes pry anyways from the roadway. Creepy.

Now then, my friend Uncle Bob had warned us about Woodland Park. Said the mountain was loaded with pedophiles (all looking out for one another). I didn’t think he meant every hill, every blade of grass.

“OPINION:
I have a friend in Fort Collins. He owned an airport as a third property there on the other side of the road from Budweiser. The man owned an air field, how positively eccentric!! I call him Uncle Bob, but maybe a better nickname will have been Common Law Bob.
There’s still to this day, I believe, an Amelia Earhart era plane parked with its wings dismantled in and amongst the combines. He could cut his grass couple three times a year and make good money, besides allowing some to park their planes in the hangar.
Well anyways this uncle Bob had a peculiar problem for which I stand as witness, if memory serves. His tenant drew up the contract and hid in the fine print a hostile acquisition of that valuable piece of property. They legally took his airport, being tenants, I believe with the help of Mr. Bone.
Is he a lawyer? Is he enriched by the transpiration of this man’s property being unethically converted to someone else’s in kind for nothing? Uncle Bob, he was told by his lawyer who was probably smoking cigars with the prosecutor, that’s my conjecture, that he got off easy for losing his airport to the crooked bones of corruption there in Larimer County in kind for not going to jail when a camera caught someone trespassing on his own property, allegedly or perhaps by proxy. Does the court of equity and the court of criminality have any business mixing jurisdictions?
An airport next to a golf course and something had to give, they must have felt, since it wasn’t good enough to just live peacefully next to your neighbors.
A mock trial, a kangaroo court, I couldn’t help but feel like that’s the way it always was from the start. It didn’t feel real when I was there in the benches. Watching my friend and all he had worked for vanish to a judge with bizarre childlike fantasy writing of strange and IMHO perverted books on the side. And I still believe to this day that if myself or others hadn’t been there they would have tried to haul off Mr. Bob to jail.
Is Larimer County judiciary corrupt beyond all internal help? You be the judge, or perhaps history will soon remedy the situation proper. Justice, Justice, are you blind also to corruption there in Larimer and surrounding counties?
Some time later a man who I will call Mr. Smith ran over my stopped car with his big truck down in Loveland. A real bad truck driver. Didn’t even notice until he had ripped my bumper clean off, backed up like he was going to ram me, got out said he was sorry. He never did settle with me. I was warned not to go after this ‘powerful’ family in the court of equity.
Well this and these were the beginning of my questioning of the judiciary - should somebody who has no business driving big trucks have unequal protection under the law due to big connections? You be the judge, or perhaps history will soon remedy the situation proper.
This is not to say there are not good people in the Larimer County justice system. Good based upon a false premise, certainly, with even basic understanding of the Law as distinct from the plaque on the tooth called legal, but good nonetheless. I know this to be true.
EDIT: Mr. Smith was a state level wrestler. Why might the reader allude as to my following up with the mentioning herein? Thinking caps on…”
