Defending Your Person and Your Family Against Cowardly Assailants

As I do my best to keep a promise - that Love Letter Media will remain as transparent as possible, I need to comment on the post which I made yesterday. We were on vacation yesterday, camping, and upon taking a shower and settling in to the second part of our trip at a lovely and relaxing hotel, what did I find?
A utility man had gone past our locked gate and was walking around. Now, given our long history in dealing with nefarious utility men and other no-good men and women breaking and/or entering, I won’t be the first to admit, but I will admit, that these characters make the hair on my neck rise up.
You know, like how a dog just doesn’t like that one delivery guy because of a story that you wouldn’t believe anyway. I really can’t help it at this point when I am checking my security cameras and there’s some dude with his face about fully covered wandering around in the locked backyard. I guess at this point I’m funny that way.
That’s not to say I don’t have complete and total autonomy over my person, but when I’m trying to relax and there’s some dude in my locked backyard, it makes me feel like… well, like barking. And the irreparable harm caused by these reprobates breaking in over the years doesn’t help my unnatural non-adjusted state at present time, those who knew me before would attest, I used to be very laid back.
And so, I sounded the alarm.
I’m not entirely dismissing that there wasn’t a break-in while we were gone. There were some red flags, there were certainly some red flags. But my sensitivity is too high. Chalk it up to years, and years, and years, of people breaking into our home. Training the Pavlov dog to bark when it was more appropriate to review the tapes more carefully.
No, I’m not entirely dismissing the fact that this particular event was a big nothing burger, but I am willing to admit when I make a mistake. I’m sorry, random dude dressed in orange with the strange hat in my backyard and the sunglasses to cover face. It is possible, that I was wrong, this time.
But cumulatively, it is still true, that no good dirty people have touched their grubby paws on the inside of my home, my family, my pets, my livestock, and my livelihood. I do not make apology for sounding the alarm for that.
There’s something good come from the events of yesterday. I was able to add a page to my growing and honest narrative. Here it is again, reformulated for the context. An apology letter, written sincerely, and an opportunity for more growth.
God bless, only the good fruit. All apologies if I was in fact in error, this time.
From yesterday’s rescinded post:
Surveil occupants, surveil neighbors, determine when they are not home, peripheral actors build rapport or are better implanted e.g. resident or “worker” or “friend”, establish comms, establish sentries (peripheral actors preferred), distract camera array - first man (face particularly concealed) in to sever data and/or power connection, shut down camera, gain entry (unsuspicious actor such as “friend/neighbor/worker” preferred), accomplish objectives, exit, re-establish data connection - obfuscate last man out (first man in?) by distracting cameras array, obfuscate edit or delete recording history. Consider plausible deniability throughout.
Distract camera array throughout in case of failure at redundant fallbacks - disable data/power, disable battery backup, disable cameras, deny cloud access, wipe camera local memory, obfuscate especially first in last out faces. Focal points of entry/exit/sever/reconnect will have more distraction actors as fallback distraction to camera array.
Embed, smear and slander, deny deny deny and lie. Cover tracks, cover for each other. Poison the proverbial well or better pull levers of target(s) to coax them to poison their own proverbial well. Gaslight, project, deflect. Probable deniability throughout.
Keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer.
A little embarrassment, time to time, is worth the cheese. Not always correct, but correct often enough. Shame on all who would containerize the inexcusable. This is violation.
It only takes one rat to sink the whole ship; and less if you’re foolish enough to leave digital fingerprints, or naive enough to believe that you do not leave digital fingerprints. While only those who come clean early get to keep their nose before court.
… or was it tribunal?
“Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
“Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered.”
One time not worth mentioning, three times too, countless times and sound the alarm. No single occurrence by its nature proves or disproves, per se. We rely upon the consortium of evidence. This was organized. We take good notes.
Leaving us alone was is and will ALWAYS be the better decision.
